Check my website at http://serpentsmoon.com that is what I do

While I do "some" special stuff for people, normally I just stick to what strikes me at the moment. So no I will not do a totally custom set for your shard but your welcome to use anything that is posted on my site, that is what they are there for.

Check some of the links also, there are a few other resource sites like mine but all are French or German.

Can you please be my mentor so that i may someday contribute graphics to that site? 8)

I have photoshop, and i've done a few custom tiles but i've never tested them out, i was told by Dragon that they wouldnt work because there needs to be black.

maybe just the basics, im sure your a really busy person and im sure we all appreciate what your doing for the UO Community, and i wouldnt want to stop you from that, im just looking for a mentor on learning this because lets face it having new uo graphics makes a world of difference compared to the Plane Jane shards as i call them.

Please? :P

Programs like MulBuilder add the "black" around the object for you so thats really not true. For older programs like Very17 it is however and its a simple fix.
1. select the magic wand.
2. hold it over the graphic your working on and right click.
3. select "Color Range".
4. on the "Color Range Menu" you will see a black and white image of your graphic. Select the "White" area with the mouse from your "real" image and it will turn the item in the menu black and the background white. Select "OK"
5. Go to the "Edit" menu at the top of the screen and select "Fill..." from the drop down selection screen.
6. In the "Fill" menu select "Black" from the drop down menu, "Blend" mode is normal with 100% Opacity and then select "OK".
7. Now your object has a black background just like you require to add it to UO.

Of course doing hundreds of pics at a time requires automation which I use a lot of so you simply make an action macro for it and at the push of a button you can do one in less than a second.

ICQ is a secret but you can email a couple (or however many you want) and I can take a look. viperrious@serpentsmoon.com
