The source to WF 64 is avaliable, the source to WF 65 has just modifications Ryandor has made to allow the reading of the other 2 maps.
You can find the source to WF 64 at Xuri's WorldBuilders site.

I realize all of that, but I would still like to see the source for WF 6.5, if at all possible. I hope this request isn't too pushy or disrespectful. If it is, I apologize.

I didn't repackage the source with 6.5 since I actually didn't make any significant changes. What I did do, however, is make available a change log that lists every change I made. Once you see that you'll understand it wasn't really that much change at all.
