hehe, no I know you can't change bits of the multis. I was wondering if I could just tell the file that calls the multi, to place a mast image at position 0100 for south boats, etc. in a similar way that it places the tillerman and hold.
At any rate, I ended up simply making new muls using the [extract command and the Orb Template Manager. Had a few bugs, like having to adjust the X plane in the file so the boat lined up with the hold and all.

Thankfully I'm somewhat experienced with messing with the mul files.
