I took the map as a bmp and got dragon to transform it into map0.mul, but I have these brown edgeds around the coast, how do I get rid of them, with out dooing it in hand.....

Run DragonSP.

on both map0 and the sttic files or only on the map

Well I still get brown edgegs on the costline and the water tilts with the small wawes that should reach the coastline is about 1 or two tilts away from the coast

All of them or just in a few places?
If it is all of them then you aren't freezing the statics properly with DragonSP.
If it is in just a few places, like particular corners, have no fear, it's the default scripts, they cwaaazy. I've fixed them for the most part, will go in mod10. Although mod10 gonna be delayed a long time, maybe I will post them seperately since they are just a replacement.
