 Post subject: Usage Memory Help
PostPosted: Thu Jan 08, 2004 12:59 am
Hello everyone
I have a problem on my shard. I made a new map and some cities. My items is all in attr 08010. I have doors and others items. I have remark that the memory of my client increased without stop. I believe that it is because of the items but I am not sure. What do I have to make? Because the players crash always with the error message Out of memory! I read that it was necessary to put any items in the static but I do not know how to do it under sphere 55i. Can somebody help me? Thank you

You don't want to static multis. Multis are fun little houses for players so they can have a home. Don't build an entire city out of them! This will cause serious lag, and like you said before your players may just crash out. Build cities by hand, or use uoarchitect you can get it from Orbsydia I beleive, and it's very neat. The only problem is you have to be using the RunUO emu server in order for uoarchitect to work.
