What is the name of that program which takes the .mul and converts to .bmp? Its Map2 something....also where can I get it?

It comes with the Dragon package, Dragon_m2b.exe

Well, mine works but it says '00' is not a valid integer value...What does that mean?

even if it works, it's just crap. its easier to create a new bitmap from a map overhead, than use m2b

It wont work for converting a Map0.mul into a 'usable' bmp to recreate a map.0mul through dragon. Transition tiles are not recognized, being the reason you will get a lot of yellow color.
