Thats it? Only 3 people have an opinion. And no one can comment why thye have that opinion that doesnt help at all, the idea of the poll is to give me new ideas and to try to work with things people dislike or like not just yes or no :shock:

Lol the idea is people say what they like and dislike so when i do make it i can make the level system to suit every one or at least make that attempt

Personally I dislike them, they leave little to look forward to once you've hit the "top" level. Even assuming you somehow script unlimited levels, somewhere it'll max out on benefits gained and further levels will be pointless.. then again, I guess that's true for skills too.

I dunno, just something I've never liked personally.

AThats true, but it works the same for just working up skills, the idea of level systems i think is to have players feel like they are gaining more from killing things and doing than just working up skill it adds a little more to it, either way you can max your skills and stats just as you could max a level, but a level system on free servers can help control some what the economy a little more, it can slow down any gliches and gives more restrictions to powerful items. The freedom of UO is much of what i love of the game the trick is making a meaningful level system and still keeping that feel of freedom of your character, or at least thats how I feel.

And also thank you very much for replying if you disagree or have any other sides to point at to my view of it please let me know the more comments the better

Yes but thats just 8 people, how am I to get a clear view off of 8 people and 1 comment. I know more people go through here than this. (I bet if I moved it to chat or somthing it would do much better :D ) but uh thankee for voting
