Could the walkable static water tile be a transistion tile for coastlines?

As a static would it be fishable?

Obviously, considering correct coasts have static tiles all around them (I think around 7-9 tiles around).

i agree with making a batch file for differant colortables. Dian's 4 colortables sounds like the best idea. I know that i usually go in and change the scripts for each area that i am working on, and that can get tedious. a batch file would be nice.
