Looks like you got taht buggy as hell Version of World Forge..
Not sure you actually can use that one to Melt/Freeze with, I never could anyways..
I still use the old WF 6a to do all my Melting and Freezing, Then I use WF 6.4 for all other stuff.. Map Editing, etc.

I actually use 6x, custom worldforge, which from what I know isn't bugged because i've been using it for a hella long time :P

I honest'y can't see what is wrong in that screenshot other than half the the worldforge window isn't shown

There should be a items.wsc field just to the right at the bottom. This has to be filled in in order for you to click GetStaticIndex, which in return allows you to melt and freeze.

I use windows XP pro... so uhm, i really don't know.

Like I said.. he has a buggy "Version"
I have used a lot of different versions over the years and found one that is exactly like that as well, still have it somewhere.. could not do anything with it, other than Map Edit. I thought it was 6.2, cant remember though..

This version you'll need to go into the registry to be able to edit the paths to the right ones, then you'll be able to use it. Not sure the path right now as I'm not at home atm.
The map editing window works good though.

i got version 6.4 which works fine, but simply renaming a text file to "items.wsc" makes the file a items.wsc.txt for winxp so i downloaded UO3x but it didn't have an items.wsc included. i read that the file was included in UOxclassic but didn't get around to DLing that. if somebody could piont me to an ftp to download this file it woudl be great , thanks.
