do anyone know where i can download a fully functional (npcs,monsters,...) world ?

There should be a sphere worldfile in the downloads section of sphereserver.net

The worldfile for the original britannia map? For sphere i take it?

You would be best off trying to find it on www.sphereserver.net 's forums then here. Mostly map making stuff here as opposed to specific emu's.
