Nope. WorldForge can only see the map in the map editor.
About the closest thing to seeing the towns is the statics list you can get when melting. But that's really not worth much.
When working with statics, it's best to go in game and just write down the x,y of the areas you need to work with. This is the main reason I prefer working with UOCopy and/or MulTool. You don't need to worry about dividing by 8 and working with blocks and such like you do in WorldForge. (Remember, I can't get the latest version of WorldForge working)
