This decorator is expected to be non corrupt and very good at what is to be done. I want a decorator that will independently work to try to improve the looks of the World and not have to be told what needs to be done.

A FEMALE decorator? Are YOU CRAZY?! Last time I had a FEMALE DECORAOR as a GM she used DYED CLOTH instead of real carpets because it LOOKS NICER, for God sakes! Don't get a female decorator.

I doubt that had anything to do with the gender of the person.
My wife does outstanding Deco and world building

Female decorators aren't always the best, my best on my shard by far are male. I'm female, I really suck at deco :p

Girls: "Let's make pink carpets from dyed cloth! And make lots of flower gardens all over the the map! It'll be so cool!"

Guys: "Let's dye everything black and red! And make the website to match! It'll be so cool!"

Guilt can be found on both sides, and both are pretty bad extremes.
