First Question is I have world forge and the portion that has you enter the .wsc file. Well I use sphere, and I have done a search on my comp. there is only on wsc file and that is in my sys32 folder. Is that file only on other emu progs.

Second question would be that if that is the case, what I am trying to do is edit specific statics out of the maps. Are there any other good progs for that?

WorldForge uses wsc files that are the save file format for UOX. You can import the wsc file into Sphere, that WF makes, but not sure of the actual command.
As for melting and freezing statics, there are better program for this.
I use UOCopy and MulTool, but you'll still need to convert/import the wsc files. Make sure you go through the FAQs area for more info on these two programs to see if this might be worth doing. As for converting to/from scp files and/or importing into sphere, that I'm not sure about.

keep getting error :
Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

This is directly from the dl section on this sight, did I miss another download?

What program did you download or try to run?

Regardless, my guess is you need this:
http://homefree.sensewave.com/~s107293/ ... n60sp3.exe
Download that, iinstall it and you shouldn't have any probs. Let me know if you do.

That worked Great! Thanks for all the help, I solved the conversion from wsc to sphere format by just switching to UOX3. Which leaves me with one last question, This items.wsc file that i see in most of the progs is non-existent still on my computer, how can I get this?

I should have mentioned that the wsc file format that is used by uox is mainly for uox .70x versions. The newer .9x versions of uox aren't quite the same.

I also do not recoment worldbuilding with .9x of uox since some of the tools do not work as well or at all.
Use uox .70x

Sorry all I'd imagin I'm getting annoying by now, but I downloaded .70 and low and behold now I am missing a new file. Verdata.mul. Is that something I have to make, or should it be included in a download?

I believe you can make one actually. Can't quite remember though. Try to just make a txt file, then rename it to verdata.mul. See what happens..

If you can get one off an older UO CD-Rom, that would be better I think.

Verdata.mul is not used in any of the newer clients.
