I'm sure that Dragon will work for any EMU. I don't see why it wouldn't. Runuo takes that map0.mul file just like every other one. Unless I am mistaken, in which case someone correct me.

Consider yourself correct. Dragon doesn't interact with any servers with the exception of the statics that it generates are in shpere scp format. However, even that don't matter as DragonSP can take care them for you.

Well, i guess dragon will work, but what about placing statics besides terrain oreintated ones such as grass and what not.(towns, items, monsters.) As far as i know, (I havent had a chance to use dragon yet) dragon doesnt handle all the statcis for a map. What else? I looked at the runuo site and they dont seem to have a hosting package yet. making maps and so on. What else do u use.

do u use AIM?

lol, no
Dragon won't build your cities for you, you do that yourself by hand or with a GM tool.

A GM tool for RunUO would be UseUO. As far as I know it's the only GM tool for RunUO. Though I don't think that it has walls and such just yet. So what I would do is worldbuild with another Emu and then freeze and swicth to RunUO (if that is what you are going to be using), though all your items (forges, anvils) would all have to be added in RunUO with the GM tool. If you wait a little bit I'm sure that they'll come out with another version and will have walls, roofs, ect...

Do you know if there will be a freezing program for all those walls and such for RunUO? With the save file format being none compatible with anything else out there, that would be one hell of a lag (even as fast as RunUO is).

As I'm not a not an expert on RunUO (infact I know almost nothing about it, I've just tried it a little), but I'm sure that they will come out with something, or at least they should.
