Dang nice article....sounds like the guy needs to get drunk and find a good hooker.

He would make a good accountant with all the numbers he spews but seems to lack the most important thing a "human" has...common sense.

If his theory is correct then the human race is growing exponentially dumber by the second.

The human race is totally clueless to start with, now we want to create another race of androids so we can "live" forever. Hmm depends on what the definition of "live" is to a computer.

Science has already figured out how to make a mortal man live 9x his normal life cycle (at least the rats lived 9x longer as well as the bunny rabbits) so why bother becoming "Darth Vader" when you can keep what you got and live longer anyways?

The simple truth being that the world cannot support life as it is and would collapse under the strain of 10 billion idiots living for 1000 years each. The human race will reach critical mass shortly anyways and being as we are the only species on the planet that does "NOT" fit into the cycle of life on the planet we will be the first to find out what extinction is like.

If the robot weeps is it because it is programmed to do so or because it looked at the stars and saw beauty? Personally I do hope humanity encases its mind in a huge motherboard mainframe...so I can pull the plug and stop the stupidity.
