i was wondering if you could build your towns etc in game with RUNUO but then somhow add them to the statics files ?

Yes you can, RUNUO has a built in "Freeze" command that does require some special setup.

The instructions for setting it up are on the RUNUO forums.

ig ot a little proiblem whenever i try to unfreeze items i get the message that it cant read or write tothe statics files ? i guess its cuz they are in use by UO so i was wondering where i can change the paths to them ?

Did you set up the files like it says in the RUNUO forums? I'm betting that is why you cannot edit anything.
