Hi!
Excuse for bad English!
I wanted to create a map for Ultima Online for a server RunUO. Also would like to ask you what programs approach for this job.

Bad English is always ok so long as we can understand the jist of the question.

You will need acrobat to view this link but its the Ryandor guide to map making and will walk you through the basics as well as tell you about the basic programs used.
