this is an archived file but im trying to get it open and i cant figure out how anyone know a prog that can edit or atleast open and idx file?

I did a quick search on Google and found the following:

It's a link to a Microsoft program called Visual Fox. From what I can tell, it can open those types of files. Unless I'm reading it wrong. In which case, just ignore me.

Here's a great link you might find handy, I know I have.

This will actually tell you what each extension is used with what program and in most cases actaully give you a link to the programs required.
