looks like your colors are mixed up to me, the water is mountains etc etc are you using the correct color pallete?

I am using the color char from Melody, no matter what i do with it, it fucks up.. excuse the language.

I tries 24 to 256 back and forth.. nothing works..

Any way to have a template with the color chart on it in a 24 ms paint format ???

is it me or is the map ghosting your old map still on the town locations?

The map is, because of dif files no doubt, but that is minor compared to her other problem.

I'm not really sure about Melody's color chart. I assume you are using ms paint. I've looked at her chart briefly at some point, but I really don't know about using programs other than photoshop. The way Dragon uses the colors is it only cares about the position of the color in the palette, not the actual color. I would try to get a hold of a better program. Gimp is free and I think Ry or someone else did a colortable for it that works.

i helped, and its fixed now, using paint had throw the colors slightly off,
