This guy had been like a plague to the RunUO forums, He has infected the community with more negitivity than anyone else I could ever for the life of me think of. This guy alone has been the main reason I dont post, contribute or hardly even read from the community anymore.

I have been a member of RunUO since September 2002, before the first beta was released.. and I have contributed my subscription fee's a few times, but this one person alone has repelled me from it. I now only pop on briefly to see if any Announcements have been made, and leave.

Talk about a guy that thinks he is the smartest, most knowlegable person alive, that could never be stood up to. Agree with him? Does he really think that nothing comes out of his mouth (or fingertips) that is wrong, or at the very least, that he doesnt actually know?

I have posted this here because there are actually people on the RunUO forums that would stick up for the guy. You will get nowhere on the RunUO forums by saying that Phantom has said somthing offensive, even though its one of the main rules of the fucking board, time and time again he upsets people, and is offensive to others.

If you have a moment, find a post by Phantom and read his sig.. no, matter fact, here it is.. looser...


So everyone please give a moment to bow down to the allmighty Phantom, the know all of knowing all, Dont waist your time trying to contact him, he is too smart to deal with all us ignorant fools that might think he could help. Yeah, thats right, ignorant.. someone actually thinking that phantom is actually worth e-mailing is ignorant.
Dont you think a simple.. Please do not e-mail or PM me would suffice?

My question is, Why the fuck would anyone actually want to e-mail, or message that guy? The guy that has been the main ingredient of a amssive bomb, that is destroying a once good community. Sure theres some other jerks of the community.. but so far, in the 2 years there for me, theres not been anyone to top him.

I imagin this post will find its way to Phantoms desktop, and many others of the RunUO Community, and honestly I would almost not be suprised if it gets me banned from RunUO. If it does, however get me banned, I guess I have really misjudged the good people who have created RunUO.

Kudos to Krrios, Zippy, and Ryan. You guys have done more than anyone else has ever tried to achieve with RunUO, but why tollerate a guy like Phantom.. I mean, c'mon, you guys banned him once, and now he is back at it, doing the same shit, and then some.

You go Dian!, I can understand if phantom doesnt want to be contacted or asked stupid questions sometimes, all he has to do is not log into IRC or just dont read e-mails. I asked him a questions once.....just once, never again and it was about my subscription, why i pay that asshole i dont know. But atleast Ryan and Zippy are nice guys, i love them!

I hear all about Phantom from Dian. Usu at 1 or 2 am when Im half asleep. But it is funny how we have been going there since they started. I remember when RunUO had a matrix theme for thier websites front page. You chose one pill and got old emus or chose the other and got run uo.. Im pretty sure thats how it went back then. But I guess people like us arent to important to be somewhere from the start. Ive noticed in a forum I mod that we had a guy like that. He was kicked in the butt by the admin. He finally came back but has been a total dif person. I guess if you think about it Phantom is prob a 16 y/o kid who thinks he is gods gift to everyone. Usu people with that attitude are kids..

But your right in saying to hell with RUNUO and that little nose picker Phantom (something I think I said some months ago) and those who not only allow him to be a dick to those who support them but in some cases actually goad him to be worse.

That would be a very short fight though, I'm 6'4" and 250lbs. Being a country boy I used to fling 75lb hay bails with one arm onto the trailer.

Phantom always struck me as a 14 year old bulemic nerd with a shirt pocket full of broken pencils and his pants pockets turned inside out from getting mugged in the crapper at school (Find a happy place) thus all his repressed aggression towards people who live out of the "I will drive over and kick your @#$%&#!! ass you little bitch" range.

Though I'm getting up there in the years and it may take me 3 seconds instead of my all time record of 1.75 seconds to knock him out cold.

If he is a 14 year old snot nose then I will just have my kid kick his ass since she is only a 2nd degree blackbelt and the same age.

I believe he was that same asshole on Sphere forums, If I remember right, there were many people saying in the begining of RunUO.. "Oh god, Phantoms moved over here from sphere, great.." Because he had that same personality there, as well.

There's always people like that, can't be helped. If you bump him of his throne of ego, another one will rise with at least the same or more of an attitude than he has.

In my years in the UO community I've talked to phantom once on the emuresource forums, told him he was an idiot (in more polite words of course!) and he responded with something that made no sense. Won by default But he's still an ass. I wonder why the admins of RunUO don't do anything about it.
