I'm about to convert my map from mod9+ to mod11.
one thing that i have always had problems with in photoshop is that when i do the fill command it sometimes extends the area that its filling by one or 2 pixles , is there a way to stop this?
in my opinion it shoul djust change the color that i tell it to and not change the size of the area etc.
so if any one who knows how to fix this (probably verry simple).
I would be verry gratefull

Thanks

Use the magic wand tool. When you want to paint an area, select it with the wand tool (Tolerance 0) and then paint it with the paint bucket. It keeps the area same as it was.

The "Continuous" option, from Photoshop 6+, is also useful to do tricks like that. You select the color you want with the wand tool, continuous option desactivated, and then you paint it with the paint bucket, continuous option desactivated too. All the area with the color you have chosen changes to the new one.

I think you were refering to "Contiguous" thats what i usually use, but sometimes when i use it it extends the are by 1-2 pixels of the area that i fill thats what bugs me, i will try to make a screen shot of it later

Make sure you turn anti-aliasing off.
