I was wondering what the normal size for a path on a map would be, with photoshop. How chunky should I make the brush?

Paths are basicly a matter of preference.. I typically make them about 3 tiles wide. (not including transition tiles)

I always use the 5 pixel dot to make paths. This is specially nice for making mountain paths. But yeah, as dian said it's all about personal preference.

Besides, I also make paths that differ in width to show "bad road" going through the lands, it looks a bit untravelled then I guess. Also make some bumps in it and all :)

Typically 3, but yeah, like said above, it's all about personal preference. Mountain passes and city streets I tend to make 5.

Where is this place for brushes Cal?
