I can seem to only find tutorials to make the map. Yes, I can get that done. Map is pretty easy to make. Now, I need help with the statics and so forth. I'd love it if you guys could explain things for Sphere. UOX3 hates my computer, and refuses to run (Actually, I had it running for a few days, but now it never runs. Ever.)

I've used several "clearing" tools to erase my statics file. Does nothing. I've tried using MULTool, but it won't allow me to use Sphere. I've tried WorldForge, once agian, I run into the Sphere problem. Xuri's WorldBuilder, Sphere problem again.

I just need somebody to sit down and help me get things going for Sphere 55i. I'm a quick learner, so it shouldn't be hell trying to teach me, but that's not a promise. I'll be home-free once I get onto the scripts for my shard, etc. as I have ace scripters.

If you're bored enough to help me, my ICQ, AIM, and MSN contacts are:

ICQ: 125522434
AIM: BKCrow (No, the "BK" doesn't stand for Burger King...)
MSN: pitchshifted_US@hotmail.com (Make sure it's "Hotmail", because often girls somehow put down "Hot male.")

Thanks!

I personally would go to http://www.runuo.com and check RunUO out. It is IMHO Far superior to Sphere, and it is much easier to learn and run.

Making the map in RunUO would allow me to also use the map in Sphere, correct? Yes, I know RunUO is better, but I have some of the best scripters out there for Sphere with me. We have a proto-type for factions currently working. I'm not about to throw all that away.

Hi Folgore,

I hope I can help with your problem if even just a bit......I went to a few websites to find more info on a program I use called "statics clear"....its rather simple to use but it does wipe out all the statics......if you decide to try it, you may be able to get it from here (first link below).....Just be sure to make backups of ALL your files.....and a hard copy (cd/portable hdd/etc.) is always a good idea.

http://uocm.de/list.htm

Also, while in my search I found another webpage with lots of sphere downloads......among other emus....you might want to try there too.

http://www.oldsphere.com/Downloads/Downloads.html

I hope that I've been of help.....

good luck!

I'm curious as to why MulTool will not allow you to use Sphere. MulTool doesn't even look at Shpere file, rather it clears from the statics files.
Now granted, if you are wanting to melt statics, then it'll not work for Sphere, since it exports the statics as wsc files.
