ok After I run Dragon to modify my map (already done dragon like 40 times now)

I initally had my map with the blury coast lines as I thought it was just made like that until I read up on what Dragonsp does

ok after turning my bmp into Mul after dragon I go to run Dragonsp (I dont know if this is the problem but my Statix0 and Statics0 files are all wiped cleared) when I run it I dont get any option to the left to add anything or whatever.. when I click start it tells me no items were found thus causeing my cost lines to look well disfuctional :( can anyone help?

I've seen this a few times... and though I don't know a way to fix it... I'll just tell you what I did.
Basicly what I did was just close out DragonSP and open it again and put in new file paths. It works for me... though I don't know if this WILL fix it. But hopfully it works for you.

I don't think it has to do with your UO.. I think it has to do with the DragonSP scripts.

The scripts for DragonSP are kept here:
<place where you installed Dragon>\Statics

That's where you should point DragonSP to.

To check, those files in there should be the same date/time as the last time you ran Dragon. That's when the files in there are created.

ok now Im a little bit confused lol

I read the manual for Dragonsp but now Im a little more confused lol

after I run dragon and run dragonsp I thought I had to point dragonsp to my Stadix0 and Statics0 in my directory because sp will only look for mul files

after I loaded up dragonsp I looked in Dragonsp folder for a mul file for those two types but couldnt find one :(

FixFile=
MAPFile=C:\Program Files\Mod9+Dragon\map0.mul
RemoveStatics=1
Format=1
[UOSPDRAGON]
Staidx0=C:\Program Files\UOXC\UOX Classic 2.0\UOXC\MUL_Files\staidx0.mul
Statics0=C:\Program Files\UOXC\UOX Classic 2.0\UOXC\MUL_Files\statics0.mul

Is there anyfiles in the /dragon/statics folder? That is where DragonSP is looking for it's scripts.

There should be a lot of .scp files. That's what it's saying it can't find.
This location isn't setable in the dragon.ini file. It should be able to see it.

I would put everything you are working on into the dragon folder.
The bmp, and the statics*.mul files you are wanting to change. Makes it easier to keep track of stuff, and gives you a "safe" area.

Yes, there's no "install" per say. It's just a copy into a folder of your choice thing. Sorry bout that.

I'm not really sure why it's not working.

Try to put the Dragon folder somewhere that doesn't have a space in the path. Right now you've got it under "program files". That has a space in the name. Maybe it doesn't like that.
I have dragon (along with everything else related) under C:/dev myself.

ok I dont know what is wrong with it and Im so close to just giving up its pissing me off :(
if I knew what the problem was that probably would be a diffrent story

Ryandor I did what you suggested moved everything to C\dev
even deleted and re estracted Dragon, Im useing your mod9 for it all

after that redid my map a little put it through dragon then tried dragonsp right after and still it dosnt do anything when I click start it says no items found... and those scp files are there but its like Dragonsp dosnt even reconize them... its really frustraiting me cause I cant do anything with my server until I get the map done :(

Then I have to figure out the freezing method for my buildings Im going to make as I had a problem with that earlier when I thought those coast lines were supposed to be like that....

Anyway thanks for your guy's help... Its really annoying that its not working :(

I've never tried it, but there is a way to manually freeze the scp file. I'm not even positive how, but I'm sure someone who knows, could tell you what program can freeze sphere scp files. That's the format of those file in the /dragon/statics folder.

That may be an option.

Any takers out there on how this can be done?

Rayndor I think I just found out what the problem might be however not exactly sure

Im useing UOXC for my server.. Dragon when turning th bmp into Mul has an option for UOXC and Shpere, I always turn it to UOXC though

But Dragonsp dosent have that option so maybe (I could be wrong) that it dosnt reconize UOXC? but I doubt thats the case cause if people use Dragonsp alot then it would have already been used for UOXC by someone else and probably would have worked I dont know

lol can you tell Im just trying to figure out the problem? :P

Ah, then that would be it..

I forgot to have you check that. The UOX option does not work. Period. Change it to Sphere. That should solve it.
Sorry for forgetting about that.
