Im absolutely sorry for this post I am lacking in memory space in my mind... lol at the moment... I taught myself to Script in c# and my head hurts still... Anywho It took about 10 hours and looking at about 900 forum post on RUNUO. Is there any Easy Map Making Program tool... I was told by a few people there is a tool to use regular paint and to match colors to Static tiles... I dont know what the program is called or how to use it... I want something plain and simple... and Hopefully to learn how to learn a good map... Any and all help is definately Helpfull.... Thanks and sorry again for the lame post....

lol I spent hours reading that tutorial... only to find out that half the stuff done is using photoshop 5.5 I looked up how much photoshop cost... 649.99 WTF!!! lol sorry im young I am lacking in the financial area... I got the basics down is there a color tab that i can us with windows paint??? a color tab that makes it easy to make the colors i need for the spec areas of the map i need... :D speaking of my map... I feel many people will be happy using the map I am making Ill give you a hint its from a SNES game.... And it has to do with a princess... and a magical T_ _ ANG_E lol Hope you can guess... dont want to spoil suprise.... lol Well the color tab would be nice any help there?

You dont need to buy any expensive paint program. Paint Shop Pro, you can probly find somewhere free.. there are others too that will work, Gimp I believe is free.. I dunno. I believe some people have even used Microsoft Paint (that comes with Windows) sucessfully to make thier map.

I can suggest Gimp. Had some minor problems adding the pallette file, but in rest the comands are similar to photoshop, so all the tutorials can be used with gimp too.
And best part is that Gimp is free.

Thanks again... lol btw... if anyone needs gumps, or some odd script help... send me a Pm... Im really good with gumps... (if anyone has seen some of my scripts from runuo... my gumps are quite complex) Thanks again for the Info! :D
