i get this everytime i run dragon, dragonsp or dragon m2b.
How to solve it?

Have you edited the scripts for dragon at all? Did you mix Dragon scripts with Dragon mod scripts?
If so that would cause it.

Also, don't bother with Dragon_m2b.exe. It doesn't work
