How I can forever remove the guards in sphere? All they...
And remove areas safe etc...

would be the place to get Sphere help.
That being said all that stuff is controlled from spheremap.scp. Axis also provides support for editing it from the travel tab, edit map script. Probably will want to change your hoglocs too.
