Does anyone know how to change the player window where the paperdoll lives in the game?

I had messed with inside UO and was able to get some of the gumps/graphics it uses. im just not sure how to add the pictures in the files and use them in the game.

If you want to help a noobie its appreciated greatly. Thank You

Gumps, the paperdoll is in the gumps along with many other things. Just extract it as a bmp and just start 'going at it'.
