Alright, once I get the map making down, Im going to be puting up a UO shard soon.... I plan to use the Sphere Emulator, probobly 55i, which seems to be the most stable. Unfortunatly, I dont know squat about scripting and need someone to do that for me. If anyone knows how to scipt, or has experiance scripting on other UO sphere shards, please contact me. For staff wise on the server, whoever is my primary scripting person, co-owner is avail, anything else will be givin staff locations. If any staff want to be GM's, they can double as one as well. Please contact.
(Preferably, I need someone who has been a scripter on another shard, and knows SPHERE based scripts. Extra bonus if you know how to add custom races, much like what abbadon shard has going.)

Assuming you don't pull another Krilldonia Start-up (promise half my playerbase staff positions on your shard), fish players from other shards, or anything else that would later be considered unethical behavior (I have a reputation! ), I'll work as a temporary consultant, giving advice and misc help in getting started. Note: that wasn't a dig at the current Krill admin, so long as it isn't still Vanyel.

Expirience:
Staffing on Abbadon 1+ year
Staffed on Silver Rain 2 months, untill it disbanded
Briefly worked as a builder on Teiravon
Slowly building my own rp shard

Also, for the benefit of yourself, you may wish to post the theme and any other relative information, such as stance on roleplay.

I don't suppose you'd mind telling me which abbadon player you were/are? My money says Taiko. If not Hamfist or Silverleaf.

Well, as asking people from other shards to join me, Im not asking, but players have to come from somewhere yes? I havent officaly played on Abbadon yet, my own computer is still down since I moved, but, I can still plan and get everything ready to go. I will greatly need your help, even if its just to get my shard up and running. Enen so that you have played on Abbadon. I dont know a thing about what happened at or with the Krill thing. Ive been playing UO for a few months now, I used to play when UO was gettin started afew years back, and I like the whole free play idea with these P-R shards. I plan to make the shard a roleplaying shard pretty much exactly the same as Abbadon, without actually copying there material. Ive seen some RP shards with races that are represented by funny skin colors, whereas Abbadon actually uses different models for each race. (Ogre, Dragon, Centaur ect..) I never knew you already had a shard going, I have no intention of bribing ur players to my shard, no point in it. What I will try to do is steal players from OSI and get em involved on shpere and other freeplay shards. heh, more for us, more free things in the world Or, since your already started on a RP shard, maybee we can pool or efforts on yours, so that way, you will be around alot longer. I have lots of ideas script wise, but can t put em down in code, and Im a good terrain maker, once I learn the program. Ive designed quite a few good maps for Tribes 2, quite hard being in 3D. What ya say, help me for a while, or merge our efforts? either way.... it would really be nice

Fishing players: constantly going to another shard with the sole intention of dragging off their players, posting your shard's web address in their in game forums, telling the shard's entire playerbase how cool your shard is over aim, etc.

As for pooling efforts, I'd be pretty firm on keeping the shard as DragonLance (great book series started by Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman) based as humanly possible. The map is getting reasonably close to finishing stages, just still have to put in cave entrances and whatnot. If you'd be willing to work with that I wouldn't have a problem pooling efforts.

Hell ya I would mind doing that theme. If I were to make my own shard, I was thinking about the Dragonriders of Pern, I totaly forgot about dragonlance! Ivr read all the books (Dragons of bla bla bla) The last school I was at b4 i moved had 60+ books on the dragonlance series. I like dragons and the like, so Im always finding books to read on them. I have also read this series, um, well it had a book in it called elven star, dealing with a world that was sundered by sartans, um, dragons were a primary them in it as well, I cant for the life of me remember the series name, damn Anyway, I had no intention of stealen other players by fishin or anyother way. If people decide to drop thier shard and come to mine-ours(depending if u let me join) thats fine with me, and nobody can complain about dat. Are you planning to have special races? That would be nice, but we'd have to be careful to keep it on topic. Hey, i dont know if LBR is being run on shere or whatever, cuz if it was, dragons are now mountable, which would be nice for the theme. What all are you plannin, cuz right now it seems that thers not much left for me todois there? Maps almost done, I dont know squat about scripting and, um, i thinks that all thers needd. Thanks man if your going to let me help on ur shard with what i can , on whats left. Maybee i can do dungeons or somtin. This is starting to look like Im going to be dead weight if you have everything done... hey, but everyone need staff. Oh yea, Is there a map making tool that is like a all in one maker that makes maps and allows you tyo place static items, such as building a shard without doing the neccisary scripts, by that i mean placing buildings and items monsters, and what not? With all the programs ive seen, it wouldnt take much to merge a few and make a all in one editor.
