Someone should create an Ultima 8 shard. Ultima 8 is one of the most-criticized Ultimas, next only to Ultima 9? but truthfully, it was not very bad ? just not as good as some of the others. The story and backdrop to the game is, at least, very interesting, and I think the magic system is one of the best. |

Agreed! I actually liked Ultima 8 for the game it was. More action-oriented, with jumping puzzles and whatnot, but I liked it nevertheless. |

Ahhh.... i remember that even there i have a house =) i've found a house more likely to me in design and bringed there all of items i've could to loot... Precious memories. Very nice part, although i haven't seen another ones. But it is most similar to UO by a look =) |

Yeah, I think they just used some higher-resolution versions of many items from that game. It is obvious they at least used the same artist. |

Ultima VII, VII Part 2, and VIII all have very similar graphics. It's interesting to see how the paperdoll interface evolved throughout the Ultima series, OSI practically invented that interface and we all take it for granted today. |
