Although I do see a few future shards advertising "New shard seeks staff, must be Certified in RunUO commands and the following courses..."

THis is gonna sound crazy: There are classes you can take that will teach you everything you need to know about Ultima Online. (Runuo Scripting, Commands, World Design, Helping Players, etc) and whats crazy is...its actually a Certification Program.
