Long story short, Xuri?s web-based IRC client (which he is not supposed to have, but I did not tell him that, and even used it myself, so my bad) started going crazy and was using too much of the server?s CPU/RAM. Standard procedure is for them to notify me and suspend the account if necessary. Instead, they suspend the account, do not even tell me, and instead tell Xuri to fix it, even though they suspended his account so that he could not. The person responsible for all this just started on the first? so I guess it is not too bad. I would have been much more pissed if it were one of their long-time employees. |
