SMC: Syd?s Map Copier

It will work exactly like UO Copy, but with the additional features:

1. Support for direct freezing into the statics files.
2. Support for any size of map (with presets configuration files for the current maps).
3. Fancier GUI.

Good idea or no?

Wonderful idea. Very few utilities out there right now that support copying both map and statics, and those that are out there are old and supported.
