Hey i downloaded the MulBuilder program, but my problem is i have no verdata.mul file. I can still run uo and play the game, but i cant seem to find my verdata.mul file. Any idea?

aos does not have a verdata.mul
if you put one in you aos dir it is used.

well i figured out that problem :P but now i need help with the mul builder program, cause whenever i try to generate all, it crashed right in the middle of the progress bar.

Are you using the 2.0 version of mulbuilder or the first one? How do you mean crash, error messages, freezes, closes the screen?

i just downloaded the one on the mulbuilder website, and it completly crashes with the error report window popping up

it only crashes when i do the GearAnim one. but i can do it with the normal section.

alright nevermind i fixed the problem, i had an already used art id number hehe, but now i have another prob. With mulbuilder i will create a new GearAnim and use the cresitile from your website Dev. I used the ground graphic and the male and female one, i created the item and everything. I can also create it into the verdata.mul, now ill create a script in runuo so it uses the correct art file for the weapon. When i create it, it shows it on the ground and it shows it when i equip it, but the only problem is when i equip it i dont see it on my character in the game, just in the paperdoll. wonder why?

Ahh did you tie it to an animation? There is no animation for the Cresent but you can use something simular to link it too like the cresent blade animation from AOS.

aw so i cant actually have the animation for it in game? so i would probably just use the cresent blade animation then. but how would i do it in mulbuilder, it doesnt say on the website i dont think.

You will need to use the "Import animation" feature of Mulbuilder.
An easy way to do this is to copy this web address to your clip board;

http://forum.uo-graphics.com/viewtopic.php?t=35

Then go to this web address;http://world.altavista.com/and paste it in the translate web page box, select "Select from and too languages" and pick French to English. Press the "Translate" button.

While it is not perfect it will give you enough information in the step by step pic's and the translation to work your way through it. Its pretty tricky they say the first time or two. Dont be affraid to ask questions in the Forums there as lots of the members speak English and French as well and are more than happy to help you.

Mini-No was suppose to come up with an English Tutorial translation but so far has not came through...
