You need to use a tiledata editor and set the animation flag on the item, then create 16 (I think?) frames and put them in all in in the order you want them (i.e. from 0xA40 to 0xA4F), that should do the trick. |

Statics CAN carry animations, for example, a moving waterfall, a moongate, or a firefield. What radiant said is correct, you need to create the frames of the animation (although I don't think you need 16 frames, that seems like a lot) and insert them into your verdata (if you do not know how to create custom items by placing them in verdata.mul you should learn how to do that before you make new static animations). Then like radiant said, you need to use any tiledata editor to set the flag for "animated" on the static. For myself, I'm still at the stage where I'm learning to add custom art. We need a good tutorial on this from Dev Viperious, 'cause he's the man [/brownnosing] |
