I have a tool called Verdatapatcher!! but the language in readme file is non-English. Could anybody translate it for me?? thanks in advance.

По сути, программа добавляет данные из одного файла формата Вердаты (PatchData.mul) ? в другой (Verdata.mul)

Некоторые замечания. В процессе патча:

Удаляются недокументированные блоки данных из файла Verdata.mul
Удаляются дубликаты (блоки с одинаковым типом данных и номером).
Исправляются ошибки формата данных заголовка Verdata.mul, внесенные Michelangelo
Данные в Verdata.mul сортируются
