Post subject:  Getting Smooth Grass-> Water transitions

Hey, I have been working on getting my map tweaked and the one problem I have been having is getting the "shores" to look clean. I went though and did the entire coast line with a 5 pix brush in photoshop and I still get brown sploches on the coast.

If anyone would be willing to take a look at my map or give me some tips on getting a nice smooth OSI-like coastline I would be most grateful :)

PS. I get the same problem with mountains, but I think I can solve that :)

EDIT:
Damn, I forgot to log in.

Can you delete that second post :)

Sorry I cant see anything wrong with your map, except that you may have too many steps. Try using smoother lines. Not so jagged.

If you are talking about the brown areas between the water and the land BEFORE you run dragonsp, they are supposed to be there. Dragonsp will cover them with water transition tiles. (water edges)

If it?s not that, then I really don?t know. You could try posting a smaller and more detailed photo of what you are talking about..

I ran dragonsp
It has some stray brown lines and messy choppy areas.
I don't really know I might simplify my shaped.
