I'm trying to place some decoration with the following intries in dragon/scripts/items.txt:
05 0030 5760 0065 5888 0192 antcave.txt
05 0030 5760 0001 5952 0064 antcave.txt
As a result, the first area always is empty, the second area is as it should be - decorated with bones, blood and rocks.

What am I doing wrong?

You cannot run the same script twice. Make a copy of antcave.txt and name it something different like antcave2.txt. It's a bug (or an undocumented feature I dunno).
