About "candyman dragon scripts"
What does it change/add? Which folder do you put them in? Statics?

Whats the "Gimp Palette File" used for?

I would ask what mapbrushes2 does but my search for that term came up with the answer. Just a thought, perhaps the download for these files could come with some kind of documentation file?

the gimp palet is for a paint program called gimp. With the main dragon 9 package, there is some documentation, but it is fairly obvious... palet = a thing with colors on it. ms pain palet, for ms pain, gimp for gimp, paintshop for painshop :P

Know anything about the candyman scripts?

The forest-deep.txt is an item file that gives a different type of forest. Thicker and harder to travel through, but more realistic.

The rest of the scripts are transition scripts for (I think) LBR to compensate for the tile changes in the client. I still need to do some research into this and fix the main scripts for LBR/AoS.

What folder do you put them in? Is there any files I should delete if i put the candy files in?

the deep-forest.txt goes in the /scripts/items folder, and you'll have to change the line in the items.txt for it. (or rename it to forest.txt)

The rest go in scripts/map and (some) replace existing files.

The ones that are meant to replace existing files are named the same as those files right?
