 Post subject: OK I found the problem

I loaded OSIs map and their static files, it seems on the parts of my map where I cant move is where OSI has rocks and stuff....I cleared statics in Dragon and DragonSP.....I dont get it, Im about to give up

Then you are not using the same mul files for the server as you are for the client.

Maybe it's reading the muls from another folder ON your comp?
