I've finally finished my map, and I used dragonsp afterwards. Not liking the amount of trees, I edited the forest.txt in the scripts folder. The first time I ran it, I noticed a huge difference. From 290kish items from the previous run to well over 1 Million. So I log in, and find there are tons and tons of trees really crowded together. Way too many. (this is with a 3 on every tree entry, yes I know not the brightest thing to do) So I cleared the statics and map file in world forge and then set the number of trees lower but when I run dragon sp it gives me the same amount of trees everytime, regardless of the forest.txt file. I read in another post that you have to recompile(?) the script files or they don't take affect. How do I do this? Any help appreciated. |

Simply rerun Dragon. That's when the scripts are created (compiled). Also, remember, you can change the items.txt file as well for adjusting amounts of statics. -Ryandor |
