Is there any way to add and remove and fix just a certian area of a map with dragon? and a way to remove the statics in one area? thanks

Not with Dragon. Dragon is an all or nothing program. You'll need to use another program to do this. UOCopy, MulTool, WorldForge; are all able to clear certain areas vs the whole whole map.

If you are talking about the scripts that Dragon makes, there's a program that can clear those too called DragonSPCCleanner (avail in downloads)
