Im wondering if there is a tile for the cave bump or a technique in which you can make one ? does anyone know im useing Dragon mod 9 right now.. and im not sure. is it something i have to add my self?

The way the mod 9 script work is that it places a static tile over all map tiles in caves. While this works great for making caves under mountains, it's not very nice for dungeon caves. The next version will address this issue.

In the meantime, you can still create bumps and uneven trerrrain in dungeon caves:
Paint your cave the way you want it with cave 0, cave 5, etc and whatever.
Then use DragonSCPCleaner to clear areas of static cave floor before running DragonSP.
You'll get the desired effect I think.
