The thing used in the background. I've seen it lots of times while editing the gumps, but I didn't find a need for it. Sorry for posting this here but there are barely any non-OSI uo forums out there.

the graphic itself? I dont think I've ever seen before now. Probably something custom imported with the verdata.mul

ya iv seen that b4, and i pmed the guy who made it asking what program he used, but he hastn responded, anyone know what program he used?

gump patcher eports the gump and from what i was told you make changed in photo shop and then import them back in. never was able to get anything to look good to even try to import.
