Can anyone tell me what version of Worldforge works with winxp? i have downloaded the latest one but i get an error every time i try to open it :(

:( I have same problem in win 2k and I am using my second comp with win 98. I don't know how to solve it, but i think, that u can use 2 OS in (prepositions :oops: ?) same comp with win xp...

What is the error that you are getting? Maybe it's not the OS but something that you haven't done right, or something that you forgot to do. As far as I know Worldforge works with both win 2k and xp.

I too get an error on WinXP using WorlfForge 6.4
If anyone one knows the cuase/solution, I'd be grateful.
Here's the error:

AppName: worldforge.exe
AppVer: 6.4.1.1
ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.0
Offset: 0000d756

The version I currently use is the 6x version. The first version to have the zoom feature in the map editor. This one works in XP fine.

Also, I tried to get this version working on NT 4.0 (SP5) and it also crashed there too.
