I read the Tutorial on WoldForge, but how to I freeze stuff from items.wsc? There is nothing on worldforge to enter the path to it and no way to open it in worldforge. So could someone please explain how to do this to me? |

Been a long time since i did that.. but if I remember right, World forge will simply use the file named Items.wsc So if you have a building saved as, Bank.wsc you would rename it to items.wsc temporarily for WF to freeze it. |

i understand this... but how do i get World forge to use the file? like for static and map files i have to put in the "path" to the file (c:/sphere/programs/etc..../map0.mul) but there is nothing like this for items.wsc. |

World Forge should automaticly look for the file in its root folder. There are several versions of World Forge, though.. It would help if I knew what one you have. |

okay, that World forge version is kind of messed up. The GUI is not large enough to display box to enter the file path directory for the Items.wsc file. Let me see if I can find another. |

Thanks for that. 6x was confusing me since I knew the path directory was there, but I couldn't see it. |

Someone more energetic than I should make a web site devoted to all the different flavors of that program, and the differences between them. Some are very good; others are not so good, depending on what you want to do. |
