Post subject:  Where can I find the Dragon_m2b.exe?

I've looked everywhere on this site, it's no longer in the download pack for Dragon and I can't find it anywhere on the web... any help would be most useful as I'm trying to edit my current map and need to load it into .bmp format to do so. Thank you.

I keep trying to convert my existing map to a bitmap and keep getting the error...

'27' is not a valid integer

How can I fix this? I am terribly confused... didn't change anything and am using copies of my original map (not the real one)... also made a blank bitmap file...

Sounds like a typo in the maptrans.

Look for 27. It should probably be 027 or 0027
There are only 2 places where there should be just 27.
One is for the swatch 27 (row 2 column 7)
The other is for terrain group 27.

Oops
It's in the last line.
It should read:
Code:
ff 020 025a 025b 025c 025d 025e 025f 0260 0261 0266 0267 0268 0269 026a 026b 026c 026d

instead of
Code:
ff 27 020 025a 025b 025c 025d 025e 025f 0260 0261 0266 0267 0268 0269 026a 026b 026c 026d

Can't believe I uploaded that.

Well it runs now, however the converted map is all in different shades of black, white and gray... I never got a prompt for what pallette to use... I've used Dragon before when I created the map but have never used the tool to go through .mul to .bmp... am I doing something wrong?

Yes, you are. Don't beat yourself up over it though; it isn't a very intuitive program to use.

One of these days I will write up some proper instructions.
