Any idea what this error is?

Depends on the program giving it.
Details, detials. They are important. What program? What were you doing? Did you do anything different from another time you used it (and didn't get that)?

Need to make sure I'm clear:
Are you trying to freeze the scripts generated by Dragon? Or another scp file? and we are taking about DragonSP.exe right?

If so, the next thing is did you change any of the scripts? Either the scp files generated or any of the config (scp, txt, etc) file that Dragon uses.

Also, if you "reinstalled" Dragon, any files that may (or may not) be in the /Dragon/statics folder might not be valid. You'll have to re-run Dragon to make sure they are valid (for you current map)

Last but not least, are you using my mod? If so, you must use Dragon 1.03.62 and not any other version of Dragon. I don't believe DragonSP has changed version, but best to get it from the same zip file as the version of Dragon you are using.

DragonSP is designed for freezing the scripts that Dragon creates. It will not work for a real sphere script to my knowledge. You'll need to use a different program (UOSP is one) to freeze that.

That is really strange, because in the past it has frozen the scripts sphere creates. DragonSP has been my main sphereworld static patcher until just recently.

well I would reccomend UOSP then as DragonSP is basically a "Special Edition" of UOSP. (Make sure you get the Sphere version as there's another one for UOX)
Get it at www.uocm.de
