Is is possible to draw the map in Paint.. the one that comes with windownXP.. or do I really need photoshop ?

I have to say Kalyn, in the 3 years I have been making UO maps I have never seen anything come out like that...

I don't even see your original land mass on there anywhere. What program are you using to take those far away shots btw?

My suggestion to you would be to

1: Make sure the diff files are removed... even though this is a long shot because I've never seen any diff files do that before.

2: Make sure you are using the correct color pallet. You can get some screwy effects if your colors are messed up.

its either a color or more unlikely a problem of diskspace or ram size.
(got this kind of error twice. one time caused by the first thing, the other time by the second)

That's what I think. Odds are it's a palette issue.
