Post subject: | Making a big Dungeon.... |
Hi all! Sry for bad English! ![]() What can I do if i would like to make a dungeon bigger than the space available at the far right of the map? And when i draw dungeons in the far right "sector" how can they be connected with mopuntains in game? By scripts or some other ways? I hope you can help me because I didn't found any self-explaining tutorials. but only general ones! Thnx |

There is this hard-coded ?edge of the world? line at the beginning of what you refer to as the dungeon ?sector?, so nothing can be built on that line. Other than that restriction, you can make dungeons as big as you want on either side of that line, however you may have to change scripts on your server to fix the lighting and ship wrap-around. To connect the dungeon areas with your mountain entrances, you must use server scripts as this is not handled by the client. You basically have to set up a teleporting tile that goes from the entrance of the mountain to the entrance of the dungeon. A better place to get help on this aspect would be the forums of the emulator you use. |

I?ve never tried doing that, but I know there are many utilities out there which will help you accomplish that. I can?t remember any names for sure, but I think a program called ?Michelangelo? is capable of that. Try looking it up on Google (with ?UO? added of course). |
